Roobet is operated by Raw Entertainment B.V. under the Roobet brand. This Bonus and Promotion Policy explains the rules that apply to bonuses, promotions, tournaments, rewards, giveaways, rakeback, RooSpins, VIP Club benefits, referral rewards, sportsbook bonus offers, sponsorship opportunities, and other promotional activities made available on the Website.

This Policy forms part of the Terms. By claiming, using, receiving, entering, or participating in any bonus, promotion, reward, tournament, giveaway, or special offer, you agree to follow this Policy, the Terms of Service, and any additional rules attached to the relevant offer.

2. Acceptance

Please read this Policy carefully before claiming or using any bonus, promotion, tournament, sponsorship opportunity, VIP Club feature, giveaway, Rooferral system benefit, or other offer available on the Website.

Claiming a bonus, promotion, free fund, bonus play, RooSpin, free bet, reward, cashback, rakeback, or any other benefit is only permitted under the conditions set out in this Policy and the Terms.

If you disagree with this Policy or with the specific conditions of an offer, you must not claim, use, enter, or participate in that offer.

The Company may require you to meet eligibility, account, verification, location, wagering, activity, responsible gambling, and compliance requirements before any reward can be issued, used, claimed, or withdrawn.

3. Definitions

a) Account or User Account: refers to your User Account created on the Website.

b) Bet and Wager: refer to every participation in any Game on the Website.

c) Company, We or Us: refers to the entity operating the Website under the Roobet brand.

d) Game and Games: refers to any gambling Services on the Website, including games of skill, games of chance, games of risk, sports bets, and eSports.

e) Iron Pouch: refers to your on-site wallet where funds, winnings, rewards, or promotional amounts may be stored or displayed.

f) RooSpin: refers to a free spin on an eligible slot Game.

g) Rooward: refers to bonuses, promotions, rakeback, RooSpins, Rain, free bets, bonus plays, free funds, and other rewards issued by the Company.

h) Service and Services: refer to all Games, chat rooms, support interactions, deposits, tips, withdrawals, bonuses, promotions, account tools, and other features available on the Website or associated with it.

i) Terms: refers to the agreement made up of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AML Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, Bonus and Promotion Policy, Game and Sportsbook Policy, Roobet Chat Rules, and any additional rules published on the Website.

j) You, User or Player: refers to each natural individual with an Account on the Website.

4. General Conditions

4.1. The Company may change, add, amend, pause, restrict, replace, cancel, or remove any bonus, tournament, promotion, reward, giveaway, or special offer at any time at its sole discretion.

4.2. The Company may deny, restrict, reduce, delay, or remove bonuses, promotions, or special offers for any User where there are concerns related to promotion abuse, gambling addiction, irresponsible gambling, breach of Terms, suspicious activity, technical exploitation, multiple Accounts, or misuse of Company offers.

4.3. We reserve the right to suspend any Account that abuses, manipulates, exploits, duplicates, or attempts to unfairly benefit from promotions, bonuses, rewards, or events.

4.4. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer terms, all earnings from bonuses and promotions will be credited to the cryptocurrency side of your Iron Pouch.

4.5. Funds received through bonuses, promotions, rewards, or special offers cannot be converted to another side of the Iron Pouch unless the Company expressly allows it.

4.6. The Company may review, monitor, and record deposits, transactions, gameplay, bonus claims, withdrawal requests, referral activity, chat activity, and other Account behaviour for risk, compliance, promotion, security, and fraud-prevention purposes.

4.7. If a review suggests that a User is involved in collusion, unlawful activity, improper strategy, fraudulent practice, bonus abuse, system exploitation, or any similar conduct, We may revoke the User’s right to enter, receive, claim, or benefit from bonuses, tournaments, promotions, rewards, or other offers.

4.8. You acknowledge that all Referral program earnings and commissions must be claimed within 365 (three hundred sixty-five) days. Unclaimed amounts after that period are forfeited and can no longer be claimed.

4.9. No User may claim, attempt to claim, or benefit from a bonus or promotion through multiple Accounts.

4.10. Partnership Accounts may be excluded from tournaments, raffles, King Roo, Astro Roo, or other selected promotions unless the Company states otherwise.

4.11. No User may receive, claim, or use any bonus, promotion, tournament reward, referral reward, VIP benefit, or other Rooward while the Account is restricted, locked, self-excluded, suspended, under investigation, or found to have violated the Terms.

5. Rakeback Rewards

5.1. The Website may offer several types of Rakeback, including Instant Rakeback, Daily Rakeback, Weekly Rakeback, and Monthly Rakeback.

5.2. Rakeback calculations may consider multiple factors, including but not limited to Account activity, deposit history, withdrawal history, wager volume, winning and losing patterns, selected Games, risk controls, promotional status, and overall use of the Service.

5.3. Rakeback may be connected to a level system. Except for Instant Rakeback, reward values may increase as your level increases.

5.4. The maximum level is 30 (thirty). Levels may increase through eligible wagering activity, excluding refunded, voided, cancelled, reversed, or otherwise ineligible bets.

5.5. You acknowledge that if your Account has an active wagering requirement from a deposit bonus, you may not receive any form of Rakeback until the requirement is completed or no longer applies.

5.6. Funds received through Rakeback will be credited to the cryptocurrency side of your Iron Pouch unless otherwise specified.

5.7. The Company may change, suspend, reduce, recalculate, or remove any Rakeback feature at any time at its sole discretion.

5.8. Any attempt to claim the same Rakeback more than once in the same claim period through a bug, exploit, technical error, script, or hack is a breach of this Policy and the Terms.

5.9. You may be able to view or claim Rakeback through the rewards area, chat command, Account interface, or any other method made available on the Website.

5.10. The Website may display previous rewards and upcoming estimated rewards for a limited period. Such information may be updated, corrected, delayed, or recalculated.

5.11. You acknowledge that if your Account is locked, restricted, suspended, or under review for any reason, Roowards, including Rakeback, may not be claimable while the restriction remains active.

Rakeback Vault

5.12. Each Rakeback you claim may add additional funds to your Vault.

5.13. The Vault may store additional funds for up to 14 (fourteen) days.

5.14. The Vault may be claimable periodically for additional rewards based on Rakeback claimed during the previous 14 (fourteen) days.

5.15. A portion of Vault funds may become available every 8 (eight) hours starting at 00:00 UTC. On each day, the Vault may be claimable up to 3 (three) times.

5.16. Each Vault release may remain available for 24 (twenty-four) hours after becoming available. If it is not claimed within that time, it may expire.

Instant Rakeback

5.17. Instant Rakeback may be claimable every 30 (thirty) minutes and may not expire while the feature remains available.

5.18. Instant Rakeback may credit 50% (fifty percent) of the available amount to your Account balance and 50% (fifty percent) to the Vault, claimable over the next 3 (three) calendar days.

Daily Rakeback

5.19. Daily Rakeback may be claimable once per day and may reset daily at 00:00 UTC. If you do not claim it before the next Daily Rakeback becomes available, the previous Daily Rakeback may expire.

5.20. Daily Rakeback may add funds to your Account balance based on your current level. Additional funds may be added to the Vault and become claimable over the next 7 (seven) days.

Weekly Rakeback

5.21. Weekly Rakeback may be claimable once per week and may reset every Saturday at 00:00 UTC. If you do not claim it before the next Weekly Rakeback becomes available, the previous Weekly Rakeback may expire.

5.22. Weekly Rakeback may add funds to your Account balance based on your current level. Additional funds may be added to the Vault and become claimable over the next 14 (fourteen) days.

Monthly Rakeback

5.23. Monthly Rakeback may be claimable once per month and may reset on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC. If you do not claim it before the next Monthly Rakeback becomes available, the previous Monthly Rakeback may expire.

5.24. Monthly Rakeback may add funds to your Account balance based on your current level. Additional funds may be added to the Vault and become claimable over the next 14 (fourteen) days.

Rakeboosts

5.25. Rakeboosts may be awarded for selected activities and may increase the amount added to one or more Rakeback types.

5.26. You acknowledge that Rakeboosts do not stack or queue unless the Company states otherwise. Where multiple boosts are active, the highest applicable boost may apply first. If the higher boost ends earlier, a lower eligible boost may apply afterwards.

5.27. You acknowledge that Slot Potato Rakeback, where available, may only boost Instant Rakeback. Further rules may be set out in the Slot Potato section or related promotional material.

5.28. The Company may change, suspend, reduce, or remove any Rakeboost at any time at its sole discretion.

6. Rain

6.1. Rain is a recurring promotional event that may distribute a small amount of value to eligible participating Users who meet the applicable Account, activity, deposit, wager, and location requirements.

6.2. The Company may change, suspend, remove, delay, or adjust Rain at any time at its sole discretion. The amount distributed through Rain may be set by the Company and may vary from event to event.

6.3. You may only participate in Rain through your own manual action. You may not ask another person, legal entity, or User to join Rain for you.

6.4. You may not use technical assistance to participate in Rain. Scripts, bots, automated commands, macros, browser tools, and any similar automated method are prohibited.

6.5. Rain events may appear at random intervals in chat rooms or other areas of the Website.

6.6. Eligible Users may participate by clicking the join button or following the instructions shown when Rain appears.

6.7. Users may add funds to Rain through the tipping function if that feature is available.

6.8. All donations from your Account to Rain are permanently removed from your Account and cannot be returned to your Iron Pouch by the Company.

7. Free Play

7.1. Free Play is a third-party option that may allow Users to earn points or rewards that can be exchanged for funds or other value on the Website.

7.2. Points may be earned by testing apps, websites, products, completing surveys, participating in promotional tasks, or completing other offers made available by third-party providers.

7.3. The Company does not operate Free Play directly. Free Play is provided through third-party partners and is offered as an optional way for Users to receive additional funds without depositing.

7.4. Free Play may be powered by providers such as Offertoro, Lootably, or other third-party offer services. By using those services, you also agree to their terms, policies, and requirements.

7.5. You should review the applicable third-party service terms before participating in Free Play offers, tasks, surveys, or promotional activities.

7.6. The Company is not responsible or liable for points, funds, rewards, delays, rejected tasks, missing credits, account decisions, technical issues, or disputes connected with third-party Free Play providers.

7.7. You use Free Play at your own risk and must resolve provider-side issues directly with the relevant third-party provider.

7.8. You acknowledge that certain promotional claims, including Rain or other rewards, may require minimum wagering activity within a specific time period. Only eligible, closed, and valid Bets may count toward such requirements.

8. RooSpins

8.1. A RooSpin allows you to participate in an eligible slot Game for free while keeping eligible winnings from the round, subject to this Policy and any applicable promotion rules.

8.2. You acknowledge that the Company may restrict RooSpins to selected slot Games, providers, regions, currencies, promotions, or Account types.

8.3. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion or event material, RooSpins expire after 7 (seven) days. Once expired, RooSpins cannot be used and any value connected with them is lost.

8.4. Winnings from RooSpins will be credited to the cryptocurrency side of your Iron Pouch unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion.

8.5. If no value is stated in the promotion, loyalty bonus, tournament, or reward material, each RooSpin may have a value of 1 (one) USD. RooSpins cannot be exchanged for cash unless the Company expressly states otherwise.

9. Bonus Buy Feature

9.1. A Bonus Buy Feature offer may allow you to participate in the bonus feature of selected slot Games without wagering your own funds for that bonus entry.

9.2. The Company may provide Bonus Buy Feature offers through promotions, rewards, tournaments, special events, loyalty activities, or other campaigns.

9.3. A Bonus Buy Feature may automatically open the bonus feature of the chosen slot Game and play out the value attached to the offer.

9.4. You acknowledge that the Company may restrict Bonus Buy Feature offers to specific slot Games, providers, regions, Account types, or promotional campaigns.

9.5. If you interrupt a Bonus Buy Feature before it concludes, you may be able to return to it later, provided that the offer has not expired and the relevant Game supports continuation.

9.6. The way a Bonus Buy Feature plays out depends on the slot Game on which it is used.

9.7. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion or event material, any Bonus Buy Feature expires after 7 (seven) days. Once expired, the entire value of the feature is lost.

9.8. Winnings from a Bonus Buy Feature will be credited to the cryptocurrency side of your Iron Pouch unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion.

10. Roobet Sportsbook Bonuses

10.1. All bonus Bet options must be used within 7 (seven) days unless the relevant offer states otherwise. After expiry, unused bonus Bets cannot be used and may be voided.

10.2. Bonus Bets cannot be exchanged for cash.

10.3. You acknowledge that additional conditions may apply depending on the promotion, including minimum odds, maximum odds, eligible markets, eligible sports, limited time periods, stake limits, settlement rules, and other requirements.

10.4. Winnings from sportsbook bonus Bets will be credited to the cryptocurrency side of your Iron Pouch unless otherwise specified in the promotion.

Free Cash Bet:

10.5. A Free Cash Bet allows you to place a Bet with the displayed promotional amount.

10.6. If the Free Cash Bet wins, you may receive both the wagered amount and the winnings, calculated according to the odds and the applicable promotion rules.

10.7. For example, if you use a 10 (ten) USD Free Cash Bet at odds of 3.5 (three point five), the return may be 35 (thirty-five) USD. The exact settlement remains subject to the sportsbook rules and promotion terms.

10.8. Unless otherwise stated, the minimum odds for a Free Cash Bet may be 1.7 (one point seven), and the maximum odds may be 1000 (one thousand).

10.9. You may only place a single Bet with a Free Cash Bet unless the promotion states otherwise.

Free Bet

10.10. A Free Bet allows you to place a Bet with the displayed promotional amount.

10.11. If the Free Bet wins, you may receive the winnings minus the promotional stake, unless the relevant promotion states otherwise.

10.12. For example, if you use a 15 (fifteen) USD Free Bet at odds of 3 (three), the return may be 30 (thirty) USD, because the promotional stake is not returned.

10.13. Unless otherwise stated, the minimum odds for a Free Bet may be 1.7 (one point seven), and the maximum odds may be 1000 (one thousand).

10.14. You may only place a single Bet with a Free Bet unless the promotion states otherwise.

Risk-Free Bet

10.15. A Risk-Free Bet allows you to place a Bet where a losing outcome may be refunded up to the amount displayed in the promotional material.

10.16. If the Risk-Free Bet wins, the Bet may settle normally according to the odds and sportsbook rules.

10.17. For example, if you place a 50 (fifty) USD Risk-Free Bet at odds of 5 (five), a winning Bet may return 250 (two hundred fifty) USD. If the Bet loses, you may receive a refund of 50 (fifty) USD, subject to the offer terms.

10.18. Unless otherwise stated, the minimum odds for a Risk-Free Bet may be 1.7 (one point seven), and the maximum odds may be 1000 (one thousand).

10.19. You may only place a single Bet with a Risk-Free Bet unless the promotion states otherwise.

Odds Booster

10.20. Odds Booster offers may be available only on selected Games, matches, events, or markets chosen by the Company.

10.21. Odds Boosters may apply only to pre-match sportsbook selections and single Bets unless otherwise stated.

10.22. You may participate by placing a Bet on a featured match or market while the Odds Booster is available.

10.23. You may only use an Odds Boost once per eligible Game, event, or offer unless the promotion states otherwise.

10.24. You may not remain eligible for the promotion if you cash out the Bet.

10.25. You acknowledge that the Company may decide at its sole discretion which matches, markets, odds, and increases are included.

Hot Combos

10.26. Hot Combos may be available only on selected sporting events displayed in the sportsbook or promotional area.

10.27. You may participate by placing a Bet on one of the available Hot Combos.

10.28. Conditions applicable to combination Bets may also apply to Hot Combos.

10.29. Hot Combos may include an additional multiplier, such as at least x1.15 (one point one five), on top of the regular odds displayed for the selected sporting events.

10.30. You acknowledge that the Company may decide at its sole discretion which matches, markets, and selections receive a Hot Combo offer.

Roo’s Specials

10.31. Roo’s Specials may be available only on selected sporting events chosen by the Company.

10.32. Roo’s Specials may consist of pre-selected parlay or combination Bets on selected sporting events.

10.33. Roo’s Specials may apply only to the pre-match sportsbook section unless stated otherwise.

10.34. You may participate by choosing an available Roo’s Special, entering an amount, and placing the Bet according to the displayed instructions.

10.35. Conditions applicable to combination Bets may also apply to Roo’s Specials.

10.36. You acknowledge that the Company may decide at its sole discretion which matches, markets, and selections receive a Roo’s Special offer.

11. Limited Available Bonuses or Promotions

11.1. All limited-time bonuses and promotions are offered under the general Terms and this Bonus and Promotion Policy, together with any specific requirements attached to the offer.

11.2. You acknowledge that the Company may change, suspend, restrict, extend, reduce, replace, or remove any limited-time promotion, event, tournament, bonus, or reward at any time at its sole discretion.

11.3. Limited promotions may be shown on the Website, in promotional banners, in the rewards area, through Account notifications, in chat, by email, through social media, or in any other channel selected by the Company.

11.4. The availability of a limited promotion does not guarantee that every User is eligible to participate or receive a reward.

12. VIP-Club

12.1. The VIP Club is an invitation-only premium program for selected loyal Users. It may provide additional comfort, support, rewards, promotions, and personalised service to eligible members.

• special VIP promotions available only to eligible VIP Club members;

How to become a member of the Roobet VIP Club

12.7. The Company aims to preserve the exclusivity of the VIP Club and may allow Users to join only by invitation.

12.8. Invitations are issued solely at the discretion of the Company and its VIP or compliance team.

12.9. The Company may consider several factors when selecting future VIP members. These factors may change at any time and do not guarantee an invitation.

12.10. The following factors may be considered important:

• Loyalty: the Company may value Users who have shown consistent and long-term use of the Website.
• Activity: the VIP team may consider active Users who participate responsibly in gambling Services.

Termination of VIP Membership

13. Referral Program

13.1. The referral program is intended for regular Users who wish to refer friends or acquaintances and may receive a share connected with eligible activity by referred Users.

13.2. Referral commissions may be based on how much referred Users wager, the number of referred Users, eligible activity, theoretical house edge, reward deductions, and other factors determined by the Company.

13.3. Referral earnings may be posted to the referral or affiliate area in real time or with delay, depending on system processing, review, and eligibility checks.

13.7. You may be able to view referral performance, current level, share percentage, earnings, and claimable funds through the referral tab or other area made available on the Website.

13.8. You may not use your referral code for commercial, professional, paid advertising, or organised promotional activity unless you have obtained written permission from the marketing team.

13.9. You warrant that you will not misuse, abuse, manipulate, or attempt to exploit the referral or promotion system.

13.10. Any violation may result in removal from the referral program, closure of the Account, loss of unclaimed rewards, loss of potential future income, or other action under the Terms.

13.11. You warrant that you will not do any of the following and accept that you may be required to indemnify the Company, its licence holder, affiliates, and third-party partners for direct and indirect losses, fines, legal costs, and lost income caused by your violations:

• You may not send your referral code to anyone located in a banned, restricted, or prohibited region or jurisdiction.
• You may not send your referral code to anyone who is not legally allowed to gamble or participate in gambling Services, including minors, excluded persons, individuals with gambling problems, or persons located where gambling is prohibited.
• You may not claim to be an official ambassador, representative, agent, partner, employee, or authorised spokesperson of the Company unless you have written permission.
• You may not use wording that misleads others into believing that you have an official status or special authority from the Company.
• You may not create a promotional website, social media account, channel, page, or profile that uses the Company’s brand name, trademarks, logo, domain style, intellectual property, or similar identifiers without written consent.
• You may not mislead Users or consumers by promising false or unsupported benefits for signing up, including free balances, reimbursements, chargebacks, refunds, guaranteed compensation, false win rates, improved win chances, special designs, unique Games, VIP membership, priority support, reward boosts, deposit bonuses, or gifts.
• You may not run advertising campaigns using your referral code without written consent. This includes search engines, browsers, social media, streaming platforms, video platforms, messaging platforms, and similar channels.
• You may not use spam, bots, fake accounts, paid traffic, misleading landing pages, impersonation, cloaking, unlawful advertising, or any other method that may deceive Users or harm the Company.

13.12. You acknowledge that the Company may change, add, adjust, suspend, reduce, or remove any part of the referral system or the entire referral system at any time at its sole discretion.

13.13. The Company is not liable for lost income, missed profit, expected earnings, referral tracking issues, program changes, or discontinued referral features.

13.14. You acknowledge that funds received through the referral program will be credited to the cryptocurrency side of your Iron Pouch unless otherwise stated.

13.15. You must comply with AML, KYC, responsible gambling, and Account review requirements before referral funds can be withdrawn.

13.16. Bonus funds and wagering of bonus funds may not count toward referral commission calculations unless the Company states otherwise.

13.17. All referral program earnings and commissions must be claimed within 365 (three hundred sixty-five) days. Unclaimed amounts after that period are forfeited.

13.18. For questions about the referral program, you should contact the appropriate team through the contact details or support channels provided in this Policy.

13.19. Professionals, publishers, streamers, media buyers, or operators of digital assets intended to promote online casinos should use the dedicated affiliate program where available, rather than the personal referral system.

14. Sponsorships and Partnership Program

14.1. If you are an athlete, artist, content creator, streamer, influencer, entertainer, or public figure who wishes to work with the Company, you should review the requirements that apply to marketing collaborations.

14.2. The Company may only consider creators or influencers with meaningful average reach, audience quality, audience location, brand suitability, legal compatibility, and content standards that align with Company requirements.

14.3. Average reach means the number of individual people who view a post, video, stream, article, campaign, or other content created by you. It is not necessarily the same as follower count, subscriber count, or event attendance.

14.4. If you wish to work with the Company, you may be asked to provide detailed information about your average reach, audience geography, engagement, platform analytics, content type, age suitability, and source of followers or viewers.

14.5. For legal and compliance reasons, the Company may refuse to work with creators, athletes, artists, or influencers who have a substantial audience in restricted or banned regions.

14.6. A substantial audience may include more than 20% (twenty percent) of your total followers or any audience size that the Company considers significant for a restricted or banned region.

14.7. You acknowledge that the Company only considers partnerships with persons willing to sign a legally binding agreement, follow applicable laws, comply with Company guidelines, respect the Terms, and uphold the partnership in good faith.
